Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Fresh InQ™. Each canvas is made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, or change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@freshinq.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or issue
• A photo of the packaging (if possible)

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

❌ Non-returnable items:
• Wrong size ordered
• Colors appearing slightly different due to screen variations
• Personal preference (style, theme, etc.)

📦 Replacements
Replacements are sent using the same shipping method selected at checkout.
